Resiliency with Love Exploratory Activities

Spring is here and we are springing into action through our Resiliency with Love course. This is an exploratory activities course where we will explore great things in our great Queen City.

What to expect: Each week will be held at a different location to explore the area with love and resiliency.

Week 1 is all about Love. What it means and how to love yourself for the person you are while working on a plan to become a better lover of self!

Week 2 is about Acceptance and learning to accept you for all of you and the more you want from yourself.

Week 3 is about Determination. Finding the strength and courage to keep going even when it's too hard to keep going.

Week 4 is Confidence. What it takes to have and build it while reaching your inner self.

Week 5 is about Expression and how to do it in a way to gain respect and power.

Week 6 is about Esteem and how you are feeling inside while learning how to deal with everything that comes up.

Week 7 is our closeout Recap and Paint party. We are encouraging youth to paint their summer and fall goals to ensure confidence, love, and safety in Resiliency with Love. Each week we will have our sessions on the go! Please select the date you want to attend or all dates for more details.

Resiliency with Love course is a part of the ReCAST Mecklenburg Vision without cost to youth within certain zip codes of Mecklenburg County.
